SERVICES

Are you frustrated with following trends, running to keep up with the ideas people throw you way to ‘raise funds quick’ and then not seeing results?

Get off the treadmill and start implementing proven strategies to obtain long-term results!

While there are many tools (and gimmicks) available to help you and your organization raise funds to further your cause, the focus of ‘Growing Your Donors’ is on building long-term relationships with individuals who will partner with you on a long-term basis. Giving USA, which tracks charitable gifts, has consistently found that gifts from individuals make up over 75% of those gifts each year.

This type of relationship-based fundraising is more than hosting an event or selling a product. It’s an organizational commitment to ensuring that funds are available to support your important programs by remaining donor-focused.

Whatever your budget, ‘Growing Your Donors’ can help you develop a plan to grow a sustainable fundraising program by developing relationships with people who are already passionate about your cause. Help is available in three primary formats:

  • Individualized Consulting - Kirsten will work with you hands on to walk you through the Fundraising / Major Gifts Start-Up Program or customize a package to meet your needs.
  • Coaching – Through weekly or twice monthly coaching sessions, you will learn how to develop a fundraising plan and major gift support materials and will get immediate customized feedback regarding your materials. You will also have a resource to talk through challenges that you will run into as you implement your plan.
  • Interactive Training – An 8-week on-line training program that will walk you through developing your major gift materials and fundraising plan. You will have the opportunity to participate in a monthly open call to get your questions answered personally and to submit the materials you develop for feedback.

Additional assistance available ranges from an organizational assessment to a systematic method of selecting fundraising software to selecting and implementing infrastructure changes to ensure you are building a sustainable fundraising function. This may include:

  • Fundraising Audits
  • Assessing, recommending, and assisting in implementing infrastructure changes (ie software, beginning a direct mail program, etc.)
  • Mentoring new fundraising staff (generally about 2 hours every other week)
  • Individualized consulting
