I have extensive experience in developing boards, strategic plans and fundraising plans, and will work with you to design a step-by-step, cost-effective plan for you to reach your goals.

Training


You’re feeling overwhelmed and experiencing stress related to appropriately engaging your board and generating the needed funds to operate your organization. What you need right now is a systematic approach to engaging your board and raising money. Through my 8-module online training program, combined with open Q&A calls, you'll begin the lay the groundwork you need.



Coaching


You’re an entrepreneurial nonprofit leader and you know that there are needs in the community that your organization could - and should be meeting. Your biggest need right now is to cast a larger vision and engage your board in growing to attain that vision. Through my coaching program you'll receive guidance, encouragement and accountability to help you develop and implement ideas quickly.



Consulting


Your organization is well- established, but you have a feeling that there is something more. There are new programs you want to develop or new streams of funding that you'd like to consider. Perhaps one of your funders has changed their priorities and you need something to replace it. I'll work with you to assess where you're at and identify your best strategies for moving forward.
